A letter was received from Katherine Nutley protesting the dumping on Bay Avenue, Mattituck, N,Y. . Supervisor Albertson was advised by the Board to take the proper steps to terminate. this habit. Mr. Nichols and his partner appeared before the Town Board protesting the Good Humor Trucks 's selling Ice Cream from the highway in front of.,Ithe concession stand operated by them and leased from the Mattituck Park District. Supervisor Albertson will investigate said protest.
