SPECIAL MEETING OF MARCH 27 , 1967
WE, the undersigned, being members of the Town Board of the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby severally waive notice of
the time, place and purpose of the meeting of the Town Board to be
held at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, New York, on Monday, March 27 ,
1967 , and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for the
transaction of any business which. may properly come before said meeting.

A special meeting of the Southold Town Board was held at the Super-
visor ' s Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, the members of
the Board haveing waived notice of the time, place and purpose of the
meeting. The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lester M.
Albertson at 3 :30 P.M.
Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Councilman Valentine;
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Lester k. Albertson be and he hereby is auth-
orized to sign the necessary papers for an Act to .divide Suffolk County,
Assembly Intro.6059 Print 6724 Home Rule Request.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest
and. Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Albertson be and he- hereby- is authorized to
send a certified check to Julian. Cohen Salvage Corporation for the
purchase of landing mats authorized by resolution of the Town Board on
March 21, 1967 .
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; councilmen Demarest
and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Councilman Demarest; s'ecnnded by Councilman Valentine;
RESOLVED: That Howard Finkelstein, Esq. `t.. . represent the Town of Southold
as Attorney for the Zoning Ordinance on signs in the Town of Southold,
New York.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest
and Valentine ; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Adjournment was at 4 :00 P.M.
