P.M., on the above mentioned petition and that the . Town Clerk be and .he hereby' is authorized and directed to cause a notice of said hearing to be published in the Suffolk Weekly Times pursuant to the requirements of Law. Vote of Town Board: Ayes- Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark. .363 Moved by Councilman Demarest; ae.conded by Justice Tuthill; RESOLVED: That the members of the Southold Town Board attend a meeting at Hempstead Town Hall, 350 Front Street, on April 6 , 1967 at 2 :30 P.M. The Board voted to become members affiliated with the National Suburban League and Organization dedicated to countering Federal, State and City pressure to undermine local government. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Tuthill; RESOLVED: That .inasmuch as the required dedication and release have been duly received, map; of same duly filed, and necessary papers signed, the Town Board take over and maintain the alteration of Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck, N.Y. , described as follows : The easterly line of the proposed alteration commences at a concrete monument set in the easterly line of Deep Hole Drive, which concrete monument is located South 050 40 ' 30 " West, 130.0 feet from a monument set at the intersection of the Southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue with the easterly line of Deep Hole Drive and from said point of beginning running South 01° 19 ' 00" West 1232 . 37 feet to a concrete monument set in the easterly line of Deep Hole Drive at the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Walter Grabie. The westerly line of the proposed alteration is parallel. to and 49. 5 feet distant from the aforesaid easterly line. Moved by Councilman Valentine;.. seconded by Justice- Clark; WHEREAS, Burton Potter Post #185 American Legion, Greenport, N.Y. applied to the Town Clerk for a Bingo License Amendment, and WHEREAS, th!,e Town Board. has examined the application and after invest- igation made findings and determinations a,s required by law, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED: That the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed' to execute on behalf of the Town Board the findings and determinations required by law, and it is further RESOLVED: -That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to issue an amended Bingo License to the Burton Potter Post #185 American Legion, Greenport, N.Y. Albertson be and he hereby is auth- orized to purchase Landing Mats for launching ramps , the sum not to exceed. $1000.00 . Lighting Company to place a pole and street light in front of the Southold American Legion. (1) 100 cp street light on LILCO pole #3 on Grand Avenue, off Route 27 , Mattituck, N.Y. ; also remove present cp light and replace it with one (1) 400 MVSL on pole #646 NYTCO opposite VAil Bros. , Peconic Lane, Peconic, N.Y.
