Office, 16 South Street,, Greenport, N.Y, the' members ' of the Board having
waived notice of the time,place and purpose of the meeting. The meeting
was called to order by- Supervisor Lester M. Albertson at 4 :00 P.M.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Lester- M-. Albertson be and he', hereby• is, auth-
orized to- sign- necessary. papers- on behalf: of .the Town, Board ,of, "An Act"
which requests the passage of• the . foll.owing.. Legislature as amended
from the resolution passed at a Special Meeting F,:eld March 3, 1967 :

to amend the retirement and social security. law in. relation, to ,retire_
ment of members of the Police Force or. Departme-nt of .certain. Towns and
