The Southold Town Board met at the office of the Supervisor, Lester M.
Albertson, at Greenport, N.Y, on October 22; 1968, with the following
present: Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine;_ Justices
Clark and Suter; Town attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond.
Moved by Justice Suter; seconded by Justice, Clark;
RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting of Octobe.r . 10, '19.68', be and they
are hereby approved.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen .Demarest
and Valentine; Justices Clark and 1. Suter.
Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Clark;
RESOLVED:..- That, ,the, ;next meeting of the Town Board will be held at the off-
ice of Supervisor Lester M. Albertson, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y.
on Thursday, November 7, 1968 at 3 :00 P.M.

Valentine,- Justices Clark and ,Suter. `
Mov"ed by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Councilman Valentine;
RESOLVED:` That the report of Justice` Martin Suter, for the monthe of
September' 1968 be accepted by .the, Town Board and placed on file.
Vote of Town Board:- Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and
Valentine; Justices Clark and Suter.
Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Councilman Valentine;
WHEREAS, Theodore Bokina; Edward' Sidor and Henry Stepnoski, Jr. have
served the Town of Southold as Police Patrolmen for .a period of two
years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salaries of Theodore Bokina,
Edward Sidor and Henry .Stepnesk,i,, Jr.,.be and hereby are increased from
$6800..00 •per year to $7200. 00 per year, effective as of October 26,, 1968.

Moved byCouncilman Demarest; seconded- by Justice Suter;
WHEREAS, George Ahlers, Barbara Rubin, L. Barron Hill and Adelaise H.
Hill have made application to the Town .Board to dedicate certain roads at
Southold, ` N.Y to be known as HILL ROAD and MIDFARM ROAD, more 1.fully
described in said petition together with release executed by the owners :

WHEREAS.,. the Highway Superintendent .has inspected the said Highways and
has, advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all res-
pects with the specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town
of Southold,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE, IT RESOLVED: That in accordance with Section 171 of
the Highway Law of, the State of New York consent be and the same - is given
. to .the Superintendent of Hlghways. to`make an order laying..out,the .aforesaid
highways to consist of ,lanc"is described in said application as" shown. on
certain -maps attached to said application, and
BE IT FURTHER."RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and, he hereby, is authorized
and directed to forthwith cause the dedication, release and deed to be
recorded in the office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk, , New. York_
