Martocchia and Augustus:,Garelle on the completion and passing of an eight weeks course on "Principals and Techniques of Residential Appraising" sponsored by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and held at Hauppauge, L.I. ,N.Y. . The Board feels that the residents of. the Town benefit a great, deal as a result -of the efforts of the Town Assessors to improve their knowledge and understanding of residential appraising.
