Albertson at Greenport, New York, on Tuesday, January. 2, 1968. The meeting was called to order at 3 :00 P.M. with the following present.:. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Suter; RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold be authorized to advertise for bids and to purchase from the lowest responsible bidder, 500, 000 gallons of Asphalt Road Material, or as much as may be needed for the repairs of Town Highways, to be delivered when so ordered by the Superintendent of Highways. Valentine of Fishers Island, N.Y. withdrawing his appeal for a change of zone .o"f his property in Fishers Island and asking that the scheduled hearing be postponed until further notice.
