Post. #803 ; Southold, New York, applied to the Town .Clerk for a Bingo License, and " WHEREAS, the Town Board has examined the application and after invest- igation duly made findings and determinations as required by law, NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That .the Supervisor be and he hereby. is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Town Board the findings and determinations -as required by law, and it is further RESOLVED: That the.' Also remove 100 cp light from NYTCO.polEs ##41 and .38 and replace with 175 MV on Wickham Avenue, Mattituck, New York. . Superintendent of Highways, . be authorized to attend the Highway Conference on' April 8. and 9, . 1969, and that the necessary expenses be a legal charge. against the Town-. Association stating. that Henry .Stepnosk.i, -�Jr. , Theo- dore Bokina, James, Fitzpatrick and Stanley Droskoski had been appointed as a Grievance Committee to negotiate with the Town Board. 2. Ostrabrama .Church., Depot. Lane, Cutchogue, N.Y. asking that the roads in front of the church be repaired. 3. From Louis Lessard regarding a policeman. The Town Board has had .an •investigation, the policeman has been reprimanded- and the Town Board has, clo-sed the matter. A letter will be written -to Mr.- Lessard. - The Traffic study on NO PARKING west :of .Gr:eenport was rejected by the State Traffic Commission.. Adjournment was at 4 :15. P.M. _ A. W.
