WHEREAS, the Town Board deems it necessary to engage a public accountant
to prepare the aforesaid annual account for all town officers and employees,

day of August, 1969, petitioned the Town Board for a change of 'zone .of
certain real property described in said petition from "A" Residential
and Agricultural District to "C" Industrial District; and
WHEREAS, the saioetition was referred to the Planning Board for its
official recommendation and report, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board pursuant to due notice thereof held a' hearing
thereon on the -25th day of November, 1969, at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard,

Ordinance -including the Building Zone Maps be amended from "A" Resident-

A group og women Voters were present wishing information on Levon Corp-
oration dredging in Riverhead. Also the possiblity of some corporation
acquiring property in East Marion. The Town Board will keep them informed.
Robert Trubenbach inquired about the new road north and south of Southold
Village.
