The -Southold Town Board met .at the office of the Supervisor, Lester
M. Albertson, at Greenport, New York, on September 8, 1964 with the
following -present: Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and
Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark; Town Attorney Tasker; Supt.
of Highways Price and Town Clerk Richmond.
Moved by'- Justice Clark; .seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That the minutes 'of the meeting of August 11 and August 25,
1964 be and they are hereby approved.
Vote -of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest

WHEREAS, Richard Sarno has applied to the Town Board for a single
trailer permit dated August 24, . 1964,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of Richard Sarno
to locate a single trailer on property of Rose Sarno, Oak St. , Cutch-
ogue, New York, be and the same is hereby denied.

granted for a 6. month period beginning September 8, 1964.

WHEREAS, the Federal Government proposes to .dredge. certain areas of
Mattituck 'Channel inthe Tawn of Southold, N.Y. which dredging will be
performed by the Federal Government, and
WHEREAS, IN ORDER to accomplish said dredging, plans, specifications
s and agreements and other documents must be executed on behalf of the
Town of' Southold,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Supervisor be and he hereby
is authorized to execute, on behalf of the Town..of Southold, all
necessary plans and specifications and/or. dredging permit application
to Federal- Agencies and all other documents that may be required to
accomplish said dredging work.

ized- to execute on behalf of the Town of Southold an agreement with.
Mattituck Park District whereby the District agrees with the Town to
provide and maintain without cost to the- UniteddlStates the necessary
mooring facilities and utilities including public landings with suit-
Able supply facilities and public parking areas open to all .on equal
terms.

A large delegation from Mattituck appeared before the Board protesting
the change of zone from "A to "B" on the Harbor Inn area.
Mrs. W. Preston Tuthill appeared before the Bard requesting more support
.for.- the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Historical Society.
Mr. Edward Fox and Mr. Faulkner appeared before the Board protesting
.:. any trailers being permitted In the Fleets Neck Ares,, Cutchogue, - N.Y.
Mrs'. William Norton appeared to protest the trailer of Joseph Mann
in Arshamomaque, N.Y.
Letters were received from the following:
