SPECIAL. MEETING
JANUARY 22 , 1983
A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was
held on Saturday, January 22, 1983 at 9:.15 o' clock a.m. at the
Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York.
Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman; Charles
Grigonis, Jr. and Joseph H. Sawicki. (Absent were: Robert J.
Douglass due to illness .and Serge Doyen, Fishers Island. )
The. Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m.
The board members asked the Secretary to. notify the local
. newspapers, the . applicants and their agents, and .any and all
other persons known to have .an interest of the next Regular
Meeting date, .that the date thereof . is hereby CHANGED from
February 3, 1983 at 7 : 30 p.m. until Friday, February 4 , 1983,
same times and place.
On motion by Mr. Goehringer, seconded by Mr. Grigonis, it
was
RESOLVED, that the date for the next. Regular .Meeting of
this board is hereby CHANGED FROM THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1983
UNTIL FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 4 , 1983 commencing at 7 :30 p.m. and
continued same times for public hearings and same .place.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer, Grigonis
and Sawicki. (Absent were: Members Douglass and Doyen. )

Being there was no other business properly coming before the
board at this time, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.

WE, the undersigned, .being members of the Board of Appeals
of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New _York, do hereby
severally waive notice of the time, place and purpose of the
meeting of the Board of Appeals to be at the Southold Town
Hall , Main Road, Southold, New York on Saturday, January 22 ,
1983 at 9 :15. a.m. and do hereby consent that the same
be held. on said date for the transaction of any business which
may properly come before said meeting.
