Albertson, at Greenport, N.Y. with the following present: Supervisor Albertson;- Councilman Demarest and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and C1ark, , Town Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond. Moved -by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest; RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting .of June . 11, 1963 be and they are hereby dulpj approved.„ Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Grathwohl;. Justices Tuthilll .and Clark.- Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Councilman Grathwohl; , RESOLVED: That the next meeting of the Town Board will be held at .the office of the Supervisor, Lester M. Albertson, at 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, on Tuesday, July 9, 1963, at 1: 30 P.M. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervior Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill -and Clark. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS, Southold American Legion G.T.G. Post #803.. of Southold; . N.Y. applied to the Town Clerk -for a Bingo Licence dated June 13, 1963, and WHEREAS,' the Town Board has examined the application and after investig- ation duly made findings and determinations as required by law,, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Board the findings and determinations required by law, and it is further RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and hereby is directed to. .issue a. Bingo'License to theL-,Southold American .Legion G.T.G. Post #803 . Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Counci3nen Demarest and Grathwohl; Justices Kthill and Clark. : Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Grathwohl; WHEREAS, Louis A.- Dinizior, has applied to the Town Board for a single trailer permit dated June 10, ' 1963, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of. Louis A. Dinizio to locate a single trailer on the property of Anthony P. . Dinizio, Brown Street, Greenport, N.Y. be and hereby is granted for year round occupancy from July 1st to Sept. 4, 1963. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS, Dahl Oil Co. was the lowest bidder for fuel oil for the Fishers <: Island Ferry District, RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Board approves the action of the Fishers Island Ferry District in accepting the lowest bidder, Dahl oil Co., to furnish fuel oil to the Fishers Island Ferry District. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark. Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Board approves the action of the Fishers Island Ferry District in making the first payment of $5,805.00 to Robert Waddington, Jr. as per const=t, for alterations and additons to the Fishers Island District Terminal Building, located at Fishers Island, New York. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervis or Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: RESOLVED: That Supervisor Lester M. Albertsonbe and he hereby is apth- orized and directed to make application to the Office of General Service . for a grant of land under water at Peconic Inlet, Peconic, N.Y. Vote of Town oard: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark. . 218 Moved by Councilman Grathwohl; seconded by Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS-, Southold Planning Board has prepared an official report and recommendation upon the •petition 'of Joseph Riccardo and Jack Driscoll for a change of zone from "A"- Residential and Agricultural District to "B" Business District on certain property situated in Mattituck, N.Y. NOW, THEREFORE-,' BE IT RESOLVED: That a public hearing will be held:by the.- Southold Town. Board at the Supervisor's Office, 16 South Street,.. Greenport, N.Y. on Tuesday, July 9, 1963 at 7:30 P.M. on the above mentioned petition and that the Town Clerk be and he hereby is author" ized and directed to cause a notice .of said hearing to be published ::. in the Suffolk Times, the official paper pursuant to the requirements Of law. Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Grathwohly. i WHEREAS, the Town of Southold is the owner of property located on ; the easterly side of Mill Road at Peconic, New York, adjacent to' premises owned by .Millie F...Bailey and under contract of sale to Theodore 0. Bittner, and WHEREAS, a small corner of the- building located on the Bailey proper-; ty encroaches upon Town property to the extent of 0.13 feet, and . WHEREAS, the attorney for the owner .of said property has requested. :,_ ; that .the Town permit such encroachment to continue as long as the present building remains on the property, and WHEREAS, it is the .feeling of the Town. Board. that such encroachment is not detrimental to. the interest, of the Town of Southold, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Suprvisor of the Town of Southold be and.he hereby is -authorized- to enter into an agreement, with the owners of said property permitting the above mentioned en croachment to continue as long as the building on said premises.. remains in its present condition.
