Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That the minutes of August _ 7, 1962 be and they Hereby are
duly approved.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-supervisor- Albertson; Councilmen- Demarest
and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Clark;
WHEREAS, Fred Young applied to the Town Board for a single trailer
permit dated August 28, 1962,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of Fred Young
to locate a single trailer on his property at Arshamomaque, N.'Y'. be
and hereby is granted for year round occupancy for a one year period.`

and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilmen Grathwohl;
WHEREAS, Franklin Born applied to the Town Board for a single -trailer
permit dated August 8, 1962,
_. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the -application of Franklin Born
to locate a single;.: trailer' on his property on Maple Lane, Mattituck,
. N.Y. be and -hereby is granted for year round occupancy for a period
of one year .
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson'; Councilmen Demarest
and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Councilman Grathwohl; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
WHEREAS, the Town Board has -recommended that the filing fee.,in the sum
of $25 .00 for application to the Town Board be returned to the� New
Suffolk Shipyard for the reason that said application was withdrawn
by the applicant and no hearing or 'other action was taken'-by' the
Board on said application,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Supervisor Albertson be,-and, he '
hereby is authorized and directed to return to the Suffolk Shipyard
the sum of $25 .00 which accompanied the petition.

Moved by Councilman Grathwohl; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
WHEREAS, a petition -was received from Leander B. Glover et al', Cutch=
ogue, N.Y. requesting a change of zone of certain property described
in said petition from "A" Residential and"Agricultural District to:,"C"
Industrial District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk of -the Town' of
Southold be and he hereby is directed to transmit this application to:
the Planning Board in accordance with Section 901, Subdivision C of-
Article IX of the Building Zone 'Ordinance 'of the' Town of Southold..
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest
and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
RESOLVED: That Howard M. Terry, Building Inspector, Town of Southold,
be and he hereby is authorized to attend N.Y.S. Building Conference,
Latham, New York, on Sept. 28; and 29, 1962, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:- That the necessary expenses incurred while
attending said conference bea a legal charge against the Town of
Southold.

and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
