MAY 15, 1982
A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was
held on Saturday, May 15 , 1.982 _ at 9 :15 o'clock a.m. at the
Southold Town Hall, Office of the Board of Appeals, Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971.
Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman; Charles
Grigonis , Jr. ; Joseph H. Sawicki. Absent were: Serge Doyen
and Robert J. Douglass.
The Chairman called the meeting to order -at approximately
9: 15 o' clock a.m.
On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Goehringer, it
was
RESOLVED, that Appeal No. 2977, application of Jerome Bloom
for a Variance to the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section
100-31 for approval of insufficient width (road frontage) of
two proposed parcels located on the north side of Main Road,
East Marion; bounded north by Jayne & L. I. Sound; west by Swick
and Shikler; south by Nodine and Main Road; east by Hicks and
Williams; be scheduled---and advertised pursuant to law for public
hearing to be held at the next Regular Meeting of this Board,
to wit, Wednesday , May 26 , 1982 at 8 : 35 p.m.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer., Grigonis and
Sawicki. (Absent were : Members Doyen and Douglass. )
(The Environmental Declaration on this application was made
at the last Regular Meeting, May 7 , 1982 and is indicated on
Page 22. )

Being there was no further business properly coming before the
board at this time, the Chairman declared the meeting closed.
