Dear Ladies/Gentlemen:
Please transfer the Trustees Permit (copy attached) for the
above referenced premises from Arnold .,Buffum Lovell to Philip B.
Stanton and Jennifer Lamberts Stanton. The current owners of the
premises, Bruce Fields and Phyllis Curott, are under contract to
sell the premises to the Stantons . We expect the closing to take
place this month. Please place this matter on the May 22na
calendar.
Enclosed please find my check in the sum of $10 . 00 for payment
of the transfer fee .
