You may recall that the permit which was granted allowed that the deck on the eastern end of the house could be 38' x 16'. The deck as constructed is 24' x 16' at its widest point and 24' x 14 %' at its narrowest point. Additionally, the other decks and the porch which had been approved are now shown on the survey.
