THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2026-499 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
JUNE 2, 2026:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold authorizes and directs Supervisor
Albert J. Krupski, Jr., to execute a Retainer Agreement with Kara Bak, Esq. in connection with
professional services regarding Community Housing, at a rate of$250.00 hourly, subject to the
approval of Town Attorney and to be a charge to Budget Line CM28980-544120 (Legal
Counsel).

establishing policies,procedures,code amendments and related matters concerning the Town Community Housing
Fund and Department.

The.TOWN shall have the right to terminate this.Retainer and discharge COUNSEL.at any time.Any termination or

termination cif tins Retainer. However,termination shall not relieve the TOWN of its obligation to pay fees and
