The project scope will change as follows: I SCOPE INCREASE The following scope is being added to the project: • Define New Subnets and a New Town-Wide IP Addressing Scheme o Create up to 15 new IP address pools and subnets for the Town's network. o Solicit feedback and sign-off on the.new addressing from Town IT resources before continuing to later project tasks. o Define new DHCP scopes. o Incorporate new IP addressing scheme into the new network device configurations (access vlans, core intervlan routing, firewall rules). o Update NAT/PAT and ACLs on firewalls to reference the new subnets. • Provide configuration required for changing ports during migration MODIFIED As a result of the proposed changes to the project, the modified timeline is below, with any adjustments highlighted: • An additional 2 -4 weeks will be needed to incorporate the additional scope. o Dependent, in part, on the amount of time needed to get approvals and feedback for project tasks. I AMENDED ASSUMPTIONS The following assumptions will be amended or added to the existing project: 1. Town of Southold will be responsible for migrating servers and PCs / workstations 2. No offshore resources will access any Police / Law Enforcement systems or data. I OUT OF SCOPE The following items are amended or added as out of scope to the existing project: • Changes to the subnet layout and IP addressing scheme after sign-off will require an additional PCR. • Re-IPing the environment • Troubleshooting of Town of Southold applications PROJECT I INVESTMENT CHANGE SUMMARY As a result of the above scope change, this PCR contains the following addendums to timeline and project cost. To proceed with the work as defined by this PCR, all parties must sign below acknowledging that they have read the entire document and agree to all terms as laid out within.
