o Update: Todd Fuerstein (HC NOFO LLC) Southold project from planning board meeting.
o Discussion on issuing Housing Fund grant for HC NOFO LLC, Southold.
• New York State Grant Program to develop accessory dwelling units/accessory apartments.
• Add new members in 2023.
