OPEN SESSION
I. Approval of the June 2026 Meeting Minutes
o Vote to adopt minutes
II. Review the Goals of the Community Housing Plan
o Goal #1: Increasing the inventory of year-round community housing, includes
recommendations for creating a Developer Subsidy Program and an ADU
Construction Loan Program.
o Goal #2: Maintaining and supporting existing community housing, includes
recommendations for creating a Maintenance Grant Program.
o Goal #3: Increasing homeownership opportunities for eligible individuals,
includes recommendations for creating a Down Payment Assistance Program.
o Goal #4: Housing education and counseling services
III. Review the Proposed 2026 CHF Allocation Budget
EXECUTIVE SESSION
IV. Real property acquisition/sale/lease when publicity would substantially affect value.
