Comprehensive Plan Goal - Encourage new and facilitate the growth of existing business
sectors that pursue stable and sustainable employment.
Objectives —Develop retention and expansion program. Create business directory. Survey
businesses to determine their needs. Continue communication and Collaboration among
Town organizations. Drive development of an event calendar. WinterFest.

Introduce guest attendee, Marisa Harney. She has a lot of experience in banking and
would like to help small businesses.
• OLD BUSINESS
• Amend 7/13 Meeting Minutes for attended and timing.
• Organizational Document.
• NEW BUSINESS
• Discuss need for new members.
• Discuss status of survey.
• How will we build the Business Directory.
• Discuss additions to Alexa's draft of EDC Business Guide e-mailed to Committee on
4/16/26.
• Status of WinterFest. Is Chamber or Museum interested in taking over. Next steps.
• Discussion with Marissa.
