Low-Moderate Income Household Sale Price(80%AMI): $320,250 Methodology: 2.5 * $128,100=$320,250 Median Income Household Sale Price(100%AMI) $410,750 Page 6 of 86 Methodology: 2.5 * $164,300=$410,750 Middle Income Household Sale Price (120%AMI) $492,900 Methodology: 2.5 * $197,160 $492,900 RENTAL RATE CALCULATIONS AND SCHEDULES—EFFECTIVE JULY 28, 2026: SCHEDULE 1 —LOW-MODERATE-INCOME HOUSEHOLD:(Up to 80% of AMI) The methodology used was done by taking 30% of the HUD Area Median Income Limit at 50% AMI of Nassau/Suffolk(based on household size), and dividing that income amount by twelve to obtain a monthly rate. Expenses related to this program to be a legal charge to the 2026 General Fund Whole Town Budget line A3157 547265 2026-632 Category: Special Events Department: Town Clerk Amend resolution 2026-453 - Kennys Beach Sunset Market Date Change RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby amends Resolution 2026-453 to read as follows: RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants permission to the Kennys /McCabes Beach Association to hold a Kenneys Beach Sunset Market on Saturday, july 18th SATURDAY, AUGUST 15th, 2026, with a rain date of August 16th, 2026, from 5PM till sundown. The event will be located adjacent to the picnic area at Kennys Beach. Parking will continue to be by parking permit only. Securing the parking area for the vendors is the responsibility of the organizer. 2026-633 Category: Budget Modification Department: Information Tech 2026 Budget Modification- IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby modifies the 2026 General Fund Whole Town Budget as follows: From: A1680-546858 PC Software Maintenance $1,800 Total: $1,800 To: A1680-546853 Police System Maintenance $1,800 Total: $1,800 2026-634 Category: Committee Decisions Department: Town Attorney Creation of Communications Committee WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Southold recognizes that clear, consistent, accessible, and transparent communication is essential to maintaining public trust, encouraging civic engagement, and ensuring residents have timely access to information regarding Town services,programs, and initiatives; and WHEREAS, the Town Board further recognizes that communication methods continue to evolve and that the Town should regularly evaluate and improve its outreach strategies to better serve residents and visitors of all ages,backgrounds, and abilities, and WHEREAS, the Town Board finds that a Communications Committee will provide guidance and recommendations to improve the Town's public communications while fostering collaboration among departments and encouraging community engagement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the Southold Town Communications Committee; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Communications Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Town Board and shall be charged with evaluating and making recommendations regarding the Town's communication strategies, including but not limited to: • Identifying opportunities to improve public awareness of Town services,programs, meetings, and notifications. • Improving and coordinating the Town's social media presence. • Improving the accessibility, organization, usability, and content of the Town's website. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Communications Committee shall consist of eleven (11) members appointed by the Town Board, each serving a term of one (1) year, as follows: • Town Clerk(to serve as Co-Chair) • Government Liaison (to serve as Co-Chair) • One representative from the Information Technology Department • One representative from the Office of Emergency Management • One representative from Human Services/Senior Services • One representative from the Youth Bureau/Recreation Department • One bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) community member or Town staff member • Two community members with professional experience in communications, social media management, graphic design, public relations, or a related field. • Two Town Board liaisons, one of whom shall represent Fishers Island.
