Gentlemen:
We represent Mr. Robert Foudywho has purchased Lot
No. 0, Map of Shore Acres, from Frances P. Bird. A copy
of the survey: 1showing the original lot and. the filled-
in area, is enclosed. Mrs. Bird, in the deed to Mr.
Foudy, conveyed all her title to present high water mark
of Mattituck Creek by survey description.
Mrs. Bird also sold Lots N & P adjoining Lot 0 on
either side. Both of these lots were sold "with a survey
description running to present high water mark of -Matti-
tuck Creek, .thus creating accurate boundary lines,as far
as Lot 0 is concerned, of the filled-in- area. Enclosed
are copies of the deeds for lots N. 0 and P.
Enclosed also is a proposed -grant for the filled-in
area of Lot 0. We trust that all of the above meets with
your approval and that you- will be kind enough to execute
the enclosed grant. The fee of $1.00 is enclosed.
