NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, (pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code
Chapter 280 (Zoning),Town of Southold, the following "IN PERSON" public hearing will be
held by the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall Annex
(LOWER LEVEL), 54375 Main Road, Southold, New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY,
AUGUST 6, 2026:
The public-may ALSO have access to view, listen and make comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via ZOOM WEBINAR. There will be a link to the Zoom Webinar
