Dear Mr. LaMaida:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on July 16, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove a split tree within
100' of the wetlands on your property. The tree was reviewed by Trustee Glenn
Goldsmith on July 16, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the split tree may be removed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

property and Shamrock Tree Service said the entire tree needs to come down.
