A, New London, Connecticut 06320, their confirmed address. Additionally, notice was sent via certified mail return receipt requested on June 8, 2026, to the legally registered owner, Megan Grace/ aka"Bug" Celico at their last known address at 43 Bank Street, New London, Connecticut 06320; and WHEREAS, over one week has elapsed since the mailing of the required notice; and WHEREAS, upon the owner's failure to remove the boat in a timely manner pursuant to Page 6 of 33 Southold Town Code §96-10(B) within one week after the mailing of the aforementioned notices, and now therefore be it RESOLVED,pursuant to New York General Municipal Law section 103(4), the Town Board hereby declares the condition and location of the boat to be a public emergency which cannot await competitive bidding, and be it further RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs Supervisor Albert Krupski to execute an agreement with Kennedy Maritime for the removal and destruction of the aforementioned boat. 2026-614 Category: Legal Department: Town Attorney Gabrielsen Builders, LLC Parking RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants permission to Robert Gabrielsen of Gabrielsen Builders, LLC and employees to park construction vehicles in a designated "No Parking" area, during normal working hours only, for the duration of the construction project at 250 Naugles Drive, Mattituck,New York 11952, subject to revocation of the Town Board. 2026-613 Category: Enact Local Law Department: Town Attorney Enact Local Law Change of Zone -Pickett Power WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,New York, on the 16th day of June, 2026, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law to amend the Zoning Map of the Town of Southold by Changing the Zoning Designation of property identified on the Suffolk County Tax Map as Lot#1000-012-2-6.013, The Fishers Island Waste Management District, Fishers Island, from R-120 to Light Industrial (LI)" and, WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Southold held a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the Town of Southold, the SEQRA review and the LWRP reports were all completed and documented at the June 16th, 2026 public hearing, and WHEREAS, as part of that proceeding, the Town Board of the Town of Southold referred the local law to the Suffolk County Planning Commission and at the time of the public hearing those comments were not received, and the hearing was held open to this date to receive the comments, and WHEREAS, the Suffolk County Planning Commission has issued its report regarding the proposed Local Law after a public hearing, approving the proposed local law with four conditions: 1.) Should the zoning be approved and a site plan for a solar energy array be submitted, the plans would be subject to Suffolk County Planning Commission review, 2.) approval of a special exception must be obtained before the plan can be approved and subject to Page 7 of 33 review by the Suffolk County Planning Commission, 3.) applicant should provide a `proof of concept letter' from the local utility company acknowledging the solar farm be interconnected to the utility grid to sell electricity to the public utility entity, and 4.) any application must accompanied by a decommissioning plan, and it further be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby ENACTS the proposed Local Law entitled"A Local Law to amend the zoning map of the Town of Southold by changing the Zoning Designation of property identified on the Suffolk County Tax Map as Lot#1000-012-2-6.013, The Fishers Island Waste Management District, Fishers Island, from R- 120 to Light Industrial(LI)". LOCAL LAW of 2026 Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Local Law is to amend the Zoning Map to amend the Zoning Map of the Town of Southold by Changing the Zoning Designation of a parcel known as SCTM #1000-12.- 2-6.013, from R-120 to Light Industrial (LI) Section 2. Code Amendment. It is appropriate to rezone the property. Changing the Zoning Designation of a parcel known as SCTM#1000-12-2-6.013, from R-120 to Light Industrial(LI)with conditions 1.
