Dear Mr. & Mrs. Ottomanelli:
This letter is a follow up to your request received on June 20, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove two dead trees
within 100' of the wetlands on your property. The trees were reviewed and seen by
Trustee Liz Gillooly on July 9, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the two dead trees may be removed at this time.
No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
