YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE:
1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Construct a dock attached to bulkhead,consisting of a 3'x 14'hinged ramp and 6'x 20'float,secured by
(2) 10"-diameter piles,as depicted on the project plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated May 28,.2026;
and construct a 16'x 33'swimming pool(southwest corner to be elevated up to 18"above existing grade),
remove portion of existing stone patio as needed,install 6'wide paver stones,construct a 596 sf masonry
pool patio,and install a pool drywell and pool-enclosure fencing,all as depicted on the survey/site plan by
Kenneth M.Woychuk Land Surveying,PLLC,last dated June 4,2026.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
1132 Bridge Lane,Cutchogue
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
