Comprehensive Plan Goal - Encourage new and facilitate the growth of existing business
sectors that pursue stable and sustainable employment.
Objectives —Develop retention and expansion program. Create business directory. Survey
businesses to determine their needs. Continue communication and Collaboration among
Town organizations. Drive development of an event calendar. WinterFest.

• Call to Order
• Guest attendee, Marissa Harney. She has a lot of experience in banking and would
like to help small businesses. Rescheduled for 8110 meeting.
• OLD BUSINESS
• Organizational Document. Rescheduled for next meeting when Jack and Rich can
present draft.
NEW BUSINESS
• Discuss need for new members.
• Discuss status of business directory and survey.
• Discuss additions to Alexa's draft of EDC Business Guide e-mailed to Committee on
4/16/26.
• Provide feedback to Nicki Helf related to plans for a Community Center in Southold
(pool, indoor sports, track, etc. (time approximately 4.45).
