We are requesting a Pre-Application Meeting to review the"as-built"foundation height
at the Sabat Residence, 3000 Beebe Drive, Cutchogue,New York. The original Trustee
Permit#10665 was issued on October 16, 2024 with an Administrative Amendment
dated March 18, 2026 allowing for a new poured foundation wall to replace the existing
concrete block foumdation.
Attached is an"as-built" foundation survey showing the new foundation in the same
location as the existing foundation.
Please schedule the Pre-Application Meeting.
