Re: Bulkhead replacement for Mattituck Inlet Marina
Dear Sirs:
Enclosed please find copies of an application which was previously
submitted to you. The decision of the Board was to approve rebulkheading
18" in back of the existing bulkhead rather than 18" in front as was
requested.
It is not possible to do the work in the manner in which it was
approved which is the reason for this resubmission.
Please supplement the material contained herein with that from the
previous application and notify me of the hearing on the matter.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerelyy.

As the work will be entirely in the water and totally subject to
the jurisdiction of the Southold Trustees, would you please withdraw
the application on the basis of being beyond the jurisdiction of the
Town Board.
If possible, I would appreciate return of my application fee.
Thank you for your consideration.
