Special Event 2026-15 -Pellegrini Vineyards
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants permission to
Pellegrini Vineyards to hold Special Events 2026-15, located at 23005 Main Road,
Cutchogue,New York, as applied for in Application PV-la, to host a wedding on July 3,
2026, from 5:OOPM to 11:00 PM, provided they adhere to all conditions on the application,
permit and the Town of Southold Policy for Special Events. All parking must be contained
on site. This permit is subject to revocation if the applicant fails to comply with any of the
conditions of the approval or is unable to properly control traffic flow into and out of the
event.

RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby Amends Resolution
2026-491 as follows.
The Town Board of the Town of Southold Herby approves the issuance of a Fireworks
Permit by the Town Clerk to Santore's Fireworks on behalf of the Peconic Bay Vineyards
(Crossroads Wine LLC), for a fireworks display on Su*da y jul *'', Saturday, July IIth

Approve Resolution 2026-069
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby ratifies and approves
Resolution Number 2026-069 of the Fishers Island Ferry District, adopted June 22, 2026,
which reads as follows:
WHEREAS the District ratified the Jan 1, 2022—Dec 31, 2026 agreement with CSEA, Inc.
Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO; and
WHEREAS said Advancement Ladders define qualifications and minimum wages for
certain positions and;
WHEREAS, on Friday, June 14th 2026 Mark Chanski, a Deckhand(FIFD), met the
qualifications to be advanced to Junior Captain as listed in the Ferry District's advancement
ladder, and
WHEREAS his manager has recommended such action, it is therefore
RESOLVED with effect July 1, 2026, Mark Chanski is promoted to part-time Junior
Captain (FIFD) at the rate of$28.00 per hour when performing the duties of Captain. Mr.
Chanski will retain his title of full-time Deckhand (FIFD) at the rate of$25.00 per hour
when performing the duties of Deckhand (FIFD).

Accept RFP Bid of Cullen & Danowski, LLP—2025 CPF Annual Audit
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby accepts the bid of
Cullen & Danowski, LLP, Certified Public Accounts, Port Jefferson Station, New
York, in an amount not to exceed $10,000 for the preparation of an annual audit of
the Community Preservation Funds for the year 2025 for purposes of determining
whether the fund has been administered consistent with the provision of New York State
Law § 64-e and Southold Town Code Chapter 17. Contract period shall be from date of
award until completion of the 2025 Community Preservation Fund audit with an option for
renewal, under the same terms and conditions, with concurrence of the Town and the
contractor for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed$10,250 for the
CPF audit year 2026 and$10,500 for CPF audit year 2027, all in accordance with the bid
proposal; and, be it further
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Albert J. Krupski, Jr. to execute an engagement letter with Cullen &
Danowski, LLP, Certified Public Accounts, regarding the preparation of an annual
audit of the Peconic Bay Community Preservation Fund for the year ended December
31, 2025, in accordance with the bid proposal submitted to the Town, and subject to the
approval of the Town Attorney.

Application to the NYS Environmental Protection Fund Grant Program
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby supports the application
by Town staff to the NYS Environmental Protection Fund Grant Program for a grant in
connection with capital improvements at Cochran Park through the Consolidated Funding
Application. All in accordance with the Town Attorney's approval.
