Dear Mr. Lynch:
This letter is a follow up to your letter received on June 9, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove dead branches
and limbs from several trees, as well as two dead trees from your property within 100' of
the wetlands. The trees were reviewed and seen by Trustee Nick Krupski on June 21,
2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the dead branches and two dead trees may be
removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

He will be asked to remove dead wood which is in danger of falling as well as that
which likely will be in short order, and to prune as he sees fit for the benefit of the
trees health
our junior sailing program will be starting in just two weeks so we are anxious to
get this taken care of promptly
