Dear Mr. Liegey:
This letter is a follow up to your request received on June 10,"2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove a fallen tree
along with the damaged tree it is leaning upon near the Trustee conditioned fence within
the non-disturbance buffer on your property. The trees were reviewed and seen by
Trustee Glenn Goldsmith on June 17, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the two trees may be removed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

The one picture does look like the tree is about to take out his fence. I'll swing by and take a look.

Also,there is a large tree near the pool, street side. He just came in requesting to remove that as well saying it is dying.

Mike Liegey dropped off the attached pictures of a tree that has fallen over onto another tree near the Trustee conditioned
fence. It is within the non-disturbance buffer. He is asking permission to remove the fallen tree. Please let me know.
