I am Kristen�- Comparetto at 4660 Deep Hole Drive in Mattituck. I have been busy preparing for the first inspection of deck foundation and interior framing. Over the summer, the sonotube holes, the cement foundation and filled tubes were completed according to the plan. At the end of August, heavy rains compromised the walls of the sonotube holes and some dirt caved into some of the holes. As part of my documentation of each step, I took photos of each numbered tube's foundation after completion, which I am attaching. A few of the holes are still intact, but I was wonderfing if you would like me to clear the dirt out of the ones that caved in a little or do these photos suffice? I also have questions about the lower deck that surrounds the hottub. The dingo cleared piles of dirt under the upper deck pushing the dirt to create a higher ground surface for the lower deck. I would like to ask your advice for this lower deck's foundation in person when you come for the first inspection if possible.
