'Dear Mr. & Mrs. Medaglia:
This letter is a follow up to your letter received on June 4, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove a rotting oak tree
on your property within 100' of the wetlands. The tree was reviewed and seen by
Trustee Eric Sepenoski on June 8, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any questions, please call our office at (631) 765-1892.
Sincerely,
. a
Glenn Goldsmith, President

To Whom It May Concern:
We are seeking permission to remove a tree from our property. The tree in question stands
around 60 to 70 feet tall and has been identified as an oak tree with"rotting"present
throughout the trunk. (See photo). There is a concern that the tree poses a danger to our
home if it should fall.
Thankyou in advance for your consideration in this matter.
With Appreciation,
