That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a Site Plan; 2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your property and is described as follows: SCTM# 1000-61.-1-15.2 & 15.5; 3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the Hamlet Business (HB) Zoning District; 4. This amended site plan is for the proposed merger of two adjacent lots (SCTM#1000-61.-1-15.2 & 15.5) and the construction of a pocket park with improvements to include: new parking, accessible pathways, new stairs and retaining walls, a stone amphitheater, seating and landscaped areas, a shaded activity space, lighting, irrigation, utilities, and a storage shed on 1.28 acres (after merger) in the HB Zoning District, Southold. 5. That the files pertaining to this application are open for your information during. normal business days between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Planning department located in the Town Hall Annex, on the corner of Youngs Ave. & NYS Rte. 25, Southold (2"d FI.
