Scope of Work: • Roofing:Repair and replacement of damaged roofing materials. • Windows&Doors: Repair and replacement as needed to maintain functionality and weather resistance. • Flooring&Interior Finishes:Replacement of worn interior flooring and finishes,maintaining existing layout and design. • Electrical: Replacement of existing electrical panels and rewiring of distribution for safety and compliance.
