We anticipate that your property may be drier now but as Fall approaches may become wet again. Accordingly we would like to go forward with a remediation project as soon as possible so that you may avoid the situation we observed during our field inspection. NYS DEC authorities may be able to grant the contractor a permit and some mitigation credit against another project. Hopefully this can all be worked out to your advantage. Accordingly the Trustees authorize the removal of the vegetative debris from that small area of compromised wetlands on the southern limit of your property as a means of resolving your drainage issues.
