HomeMy WebLinkAboutCHF Application for up to 3 units or less Town of Southold 101912025 Community Development and Housing Department Community Housing Fund(CHF) —Application for New Developments under 3 units (DRAFT) PART 1:APPLICATION RATING AND CHECKLIST APPLICATION RATING CRITERIA This application is intended exclusively for applicants seeking to create up to three (3) affordable units on privately owned property. To be considered, applicants must first confirm the project's feasibility with the Town of Southold Building Department and, where applicable, the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Planning Department, to ensure full compliance with all applicable building codes and zoning requirements. Applications will be rated on a number of criteria. Please be as detailed as possible in the following questions and please provide accurate information as possible in order for the town board and the advisory committee to evaluate your project to the best of their ability. Applications approved by the Southold Town Board will be required to enter into a funding agreement with the Town of Southold. Funding agreements shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Southold Town Board may deem appropriate to protect the interests of the taxpayers of the Town of Southold, based upon a specific project.
