Rich III, Chairman Town of Southold Planning Board From: Heather Lanza, AICP Town Planner Director & LWRP Coordinator Date: May 4, 2026 Re: Rich's Quality Auto Body Amended Site Plan Location: 29950 Main Road, Cutchogue,NY SCTM#: 1000-102.-3-1 Zoning District—R-40 This site plan is to amend the previously approved plan to include several as-built structures, including a 972 sq. ft. portable building on a concrete slab, an extension of auto repair building #2 from 1,759 sq. ft. to 2,916 sq. ft., along with the previously approved existing office building of 576 sq. ft and existing auto repair building#1 at 1,628 sq. ft.; all on a 37,428 sq. ft. parcel in the R-40 zone located on the s/s/o NYS 25 at the s/w intersection of NYS 25 and Fleets Neck Road in Cutchogue The property is located at 29950 Main Road, Cutchogue. SCTM#1000-102.- 3-1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, the proposed action is EXEMPT from LWRP Coastal Consistency Review pursuant to§ 268-3.
