Dear Mrs. Gibbons:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on April 30, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove a tree on your
property within 30' of Brushes Creek. The tree was reviewed and seen by Trustee
Glenn Goldsmith on May 1, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Yes,just one tree. In the first picture, it is the bigger one next to the pine tree. In the others it's the one that's leaning a
little.

properties near Brushes Creek. She asked that you call in advance to meet her at the property since the tenants have
