250 feet and lot width of 175 feet. Following the proposed lot line change, Lot 2 will be pon-coti#ori-nirig
measuring 15.530 square feet in size with a lot depth of 105.78 feet and lot width of 132.7 feet.
Additionally,the proposed lot line change requires approval from the Southold Town Planning Board.
