pursue stable and sustainable employment.
Annual Objec?ves – Con?nue Synergy Summits - Foster Economic Growth, Retain younger popula?on
– encourage trade training, Communica?on and Collabora?on among Town organiza?ons, develop
business directory and event calendar, partner/share with local organiza?ons (Civics, Rotary, Lions,
Chambers), town beau?fica?on, WinterFest.

Guest Speakers – Conserva?on Advisory Council “Skip the Stuff” campaign that is targeted at
business owners (Jenna Scherzmann and Alexa Annunziata).

Jenn - Synergy Summit Update (tabled from last mee?ng).
Jenn – Event Calendar (tabled from last mee?ng).
Further discussion on George’s Incubator report. Poten?al to invite guests to gather
informa?on on their efforts. Also, Venture Project. Both items to be discussed at our next
mee?ng.
First cut of Organiza?onal Document from Rich.

Timing of future 2X a month mee?ngs.

Need a volunteer to provide notes from our mee?ngs un?l new Secretary is on board.
Invita?on to the LIA Mee?ng on 9/18 in Southampton.
North Fork Coali?on Mee?ng 4/26/26 and mee?ng with Al Krupski 4/23/26.
Is there anything we can do to assist the new Zoning efforts.
Discuss Alexa’s dra? of EDC Business Guide e-mailed to Commi?ee on 4/16/26.
