NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code
Chapter 280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971-0.959, on THURSDAY, MAY 7, 2026:
The public may ALSO have access to view, listen and make comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via ZOOM WEBINAR. There will be a link to the Zoom Webinar
meeting at http://southoldtownny.aov/calendar.aspx.
10:20 A.M. — VERADEANA PROPERTIES. LLC #8099 - Request for a Waiver of Merger
petition under Article 11, Section 280-10A,to unmerge land identified as SCTM No. 1000-59-
6-23 which has merged with SCTM No. 1000-59-6-22, based on the Building Inspector's
November 21, 2025, Notice of Disapproval; which states that a non-conforming lot shall
merge with an adjacent conforming or non-conforming lot held in common ownership with
the first lot at any time after July 1, 1983.An adjacent lot is one which abuts with the parcel
in common course of fifty (50) feet or more in distance. Nonconforming lots shall merge
until the total size conforms to the current bulk schedule requirements; located at 9555 &
9425 Soundview Ave., NY.tCTM Nos.1000-59-6-23 and 1000-59-6-22.
The Board of Appeals will'hear'all persons or their representatives, desiring to be heard at each hearing,
and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of each hearing. Each hearing will
