Dear Mr. & Mrs. Sweeney:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on April 16, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove a branch of the
Prairie Crab Apple tree on your property that overhangs the wetlands. The tree was
reviewed and, seen�by Trustee Joseph Finora on April 19, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the large branch may be removed at this time.
No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

This is a tree limb request for Mr. & Mrs. Sweeney. I don't know if Tom emailed you inquiring if you wish to have folders
for these reviews or is this email sufficient. You are permitted to enter onto their property to see the tree limb and/or
contact the owner if you wish.

Because Tom is off, please advise how you would prefer receiving the tree removal/tree limb cutting requests.
