The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove one (1) dead tree closest to the hill leading to the bulkhead, next to the flagpole on your property within 100' of the wetlands. The tree was reviewed and seen by Trustee Joseph Finora on April 19, 2026. The Board of Trustees determined that the dead tree may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. I received a permit allowing pruning. When Shamrock came to perform the permitted pruning,they completed work on 3 trees. They then advised me that the fourth tree (the one closest to the hill leading to the bulkhead, next to the flagpole)was dead. Accordingly I'm now asking for a permit to allow John @ Shamrock Tree Co.to remove the dead tree.
