I have met regularly .with the Board of Appeals during the year,-
having received 88 appeals, 12 of which were for access or from
tax exempt .groups at no fee. ' Their advice and cooperation were very
much appreciated by this office.
I hhve. also met regularly with the Planning Board during the year
where 2 applications for subdivisions were handled along with the
natters referred to them by the. Town Board.
There are several violations of the Zoning ordinance outstanding
and awaiting court. action.
I recommend that serious thought be given to an assistant Inspector
for another year, particularly in the spring. and summer months when
the rush period is at its heighth.
I further recommend a study be made of a -building code of some type .
for the Town. Many of our responsible builders favor such a code.
At this time I wish to thank you for Amy appointment as Building
'Inspector, and for your cooperation during the past year.
Respectfully submitted, ,
Howard M. Terry, Building Inspector
