fail to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be
-. guilty of an offense and shall upon conviction be punishable by a fine
. . of not to exceed '$100.00 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed
six months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a
violation 'is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

MEETING OF OCTOBER 19 1958.
The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E.
-Klipp at Greenport, on Wednesday, October 19 1958. The meeting was
called to order at 7:00 o'clock P.M. with the following present:
Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertson and Demarest; Justices Tuthill
and Clark; Supt. of Highways Price and Town Clerk Booth.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board will
be held at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport,
on Tuesday, October 14, 1958, at 1:30 P.M.
Vote of Town .Boprd: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertson and
Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Albertson;
WHEREAS JEAN A. MUNSON has applied to the Town Board for a single
automobile trailer permit,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of JEAN A. MUNSON
to iocste a single automobile trailer. on her property on Westphalia
Avenue Mattituck, N.Y. .be and hereby is granted.

Demrarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
The Town Clerk presented to the Town Board_ pursuant to Section 111 of
the Town Law, detailed estimates of revenue and expenditures from the
various Town Officers, departments and distficts for the fiscal .year
beginning January 1, 1959.

RESOLUTION OF TOWN BOARD APPROVING
PRELIMINARY BUDGET AND
CALLING PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
RESOLVED: That this Town Board does hereby prepare and approve as the
preliminary budget of this Town for the fiscal year beginning on the
lst day of' January, 1959, the itemized statement of estimated revenues
and expenditures hereto attached and made a part of this resolution,
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED: That such preliminary budget shall be filed in the
office of the T own Clerk where it shall be available for inspection
by any interested person at all reasonable hours, and be it-
FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Board shall meet at 2 61clock p.m. on
the 6th day of November, 1958, for the purpose of holding a public
hearing upon such preliminary budget, and be . it
FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk give notice of such public
hearing in the manner provided in Section 113 of the Town Law, and. that
such notice be published in. substantially the -following form:-

Notice is 'hereby fivers that the preliminary budget of the Town of
Southold for the fiscal year beginning January 1st, 1959, has . been
completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of Southold, New
York, where it is available for inspection by any interested person
at all reasonable hours.
