A joint meeting of the Southold Town Board and the Southold Town
Trustees was held at the office of Supervisor -Norman E. Klipp at
Greenport, on Thursday, September" 47 1958. The meeting was called" to
order at 7:00 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Klipp;
Councilmen Albertson and' Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark;
- Town ,A torney Tasker and the following Trustees: Emmons Dean, Frank
S. Dawson and Philip Weiler.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Clark: .
WHEREAS, BERTHA A. SPICER has applied to the Town Board for a asingle
automobile trailer permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application .of Bertha A,. Spicer
to locate a single automobile trailer on' her property on the North
Road at Greenport, Town of Southold, , be and hereby is granted.
Vote of Town Bomrd:Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertson and
Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
WHEREAS, a petition was h retofore' filed with' the Town Board of"
the Town of Southold by Edna A. Brown requesting a change, modific-
ation and amendment of the Building Zone Ordinance including the
Building' Zone Daps made a part thereof by uchanging from "A" Res.
& Agric. District to "B°1 Business District the property described in
said petition, and
WHEREAS, said petition was duly referred to the Planning Board for
its investigation, recommendation and report, and its report having
been filed with the Town Board, and thereafter, a public hearing in
relation to sjid petition having been duly held by the Town Board
on the 12 day of August, 19589 and due deliberation' having been
had thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the relief demanded in said
petition, be and it hereby, is denied." Councilmen .Albertson and
.Vote of Town Board. Ayes-Supervisor Klipp,
Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
